As you relax under the enormous alang-alang roof of the upper, outdoor living/dining pavilion, which includes a draped bale bengong and a breathtaking 12m infinity sky pool, all that separates you from the crashing waves is the 13th hole fairway winding along the ocean cliffs.

The tropical garden below includes a second15m swimming pool and whirlpool, bale bengong and lounge chairs, all surrounded by lush foliage to ensure your privacy.

This exquisite 4 bedroom, 2 storey double villa is set among magical water features, lily ponds and Balinese artefacts and connected by walkways. As you enter the villa through beautiful 3m carved Balinese doors, you arrive at a fully air conditioned foyer, spacious indoor living room and dining room, bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen with staff quarters.

The Master Suite with king-size bed, features a magnificent Balinese stone carved wall, wooden floors and balcony. The enormous granite en suite bathroom is equipped with separate vanity areas, a stone tub, an outdoor shower and a private lounge terrace.

The Palm Suite includes a king-size, four poster bed and beautifully carved wooden ceiling features. The en suite marble bathroom offers an indoor shower, an outdoor stone tub and a private lounge terrace.

The Ocean Suite offers twin beds, and is designed with beautifully carved wood accents both on the high ceiling and walls. There is an en suite marble bathroom. The Garden Suite is located on the ground level with French doors opening onto the garden and ponds. This contains an antique four poster double bed and marble en suite bathroom.

4. Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
5. Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
6. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking
7. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
8. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
9. 10% service fee is charged on top of all supermarket shopping receipts
10. Villa check-in time: 2pm. Check-out time: 12noon.
11. Late check out can be arranged until 6pm at half the rental rate subject to availability.
12. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master ) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include any bank fees.
13. Villa Amani Golf has it’s own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort and not on the golf course.
14. The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
15. Events and functions at Villa Amani Golf must be authorized by Bali Trip International
16. The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
