Designed in classical Balinese style and the ultimate in luxury with an outdoor living pavilion and private plunge pool, this three bedroom private villa is perfect for families, couples or group vacations who want to escape to peace and tranquility.

The master bedroom features a king sized four poster bed with en-suite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite and the third bedroom has two single beds with en-suite. There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable connection. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area with cable television, CD, DVD and VCD, a movie library, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, garage and a golf buggy for use around the resort. Upstairs is an open-air pavilion with lounge and dining area overlooking the golf course and the Indian Ocean. The perfect place for entertaining or relaxing with a good book.

Villa Ocean and Golf has three fully trained staff to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry and gardening. They are pleased to assist with any requirements to ensure you have a relaxed vacation in paradise. In-villa spa and massage services are available on request. A driver and car can also be arranged for any excursions at a nominal fee. Here you will experience both beauty and luxury in this perfect island hideaway.

• Villa rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 10% Government tax and 5% service charge
• Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons, High Season January 23, 2009 - January 28, 2009  April 10, 2009 - April 16, 2009  July 01, 2009 - July 31, 2009  September 01, 2009 - September 15, 2009 , Peak Season August 01, 2009 - August 31, 2009  December 20, 2009 - January 10, 2010    
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be sent on receiving confirmation of your booking.
• Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to secure your reservation.
• Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.  
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
• Villa check-in time: 2pm - Check-out time: 12 noon.
• Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
• A private airport transfer included
• Villa Ocean and Golf has its own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort but not on the golf course.
• The villa reserves the right at anytime in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
• Events or functions must be authorised by Exotic Hideaways
• The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff, employees or agent.
